Choose this option if you are applying for a child passport application where the child is below 18 years of age. This option is NOT applicable for adult passport applications.
Children aged 16 and 17 year old ARE REQUIRED to attend the appointment along with a parent or guardian.
Children under 16 years old do not need to attend an interview.
